Low-carb Cream of Chicken Soup Mix

This instant soup mix is a big help in cold weather because it's easy to mix up any place that has hot water. The key to this recipe is to use a good-flavored chicken bouillon powder or cube that is lowcarb.

 

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons bouillon powder (or crush 4 cubes)
  • 5 teaspoons ThickenThin not/Starch thickener
  • 3 tablespoons ExpertExtras RealCream dry cream
  • Sweetener equivalent to 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

     

Directions

Makes 4 servings.

Mix all the ingredients together. Store airtight at room temperature for up to a year.

To prepare: Combine 2 Tbs of mix 6-8 oz with 1 cup boiling water.
