Salty Lassi

This drink, usually made from extra-creamy Indian yogurt, is delicious and refreshing. It cam also be made in a sweet version.

 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup full-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon ThickenThin not/Sugar thickener
  • Pinch salt
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Cumin, to taste
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

     

Directions

Makes 1 serving.

1. In a blender combine all ingredients except ice. Blend. Add ice,and blend again.

Serve immediately.
